A Bradford watch is meant to be your everyday wear and trusted travel partner. That’s why we honor our 30-day promise. If you’ve tried your Bradford and don’t absolutely love it, send it back within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Warranty
We truly believe in the quality and durability of our watches. Each piece is built to last with standard, daily wear. To stand behind our loyalty to our customers, Bradford offers a 1-year warranty to guarantee that your watch lives up to our measure of expected function and durability.
This 1-year warranty applies to the movement and usability of the watch. The warranty does not cover wear and neglect damages such as scratches, band discoloration, cracked glass, dropped cases, and water exposure greater than a light splash. It also does not apply if you’ve had your Bradford repaired or modified by a third party.
3 ATM Water Resistance
Bradford watches are 3 ATM water resistant. This means they are protected against minor splashes of water, but should NOT be submerged in water or worn in the shower.
